Caregivers’ Support Group

Join us at The Birches at New Hope for our monthly Caregivers’ Support Group meeting.

This month’s meeting on Thursday, Sept. 24, at 6:00 p.m., presented by Lauren Tritschler, memory care director at The Birches, will focus on “The GEMS® Program for Dementia – Part 2.”

Renowned dementia care expert Teepa Snow’s GEMS Brain Change Model classifies dementia into six states based on a person’s remaining abilities rather than what has been lost.
