Join us for a free* vaccine clinic at The Birches at New Hope in partnership with New Hope Pharmacy and Wellness.
On Friday, October 9 from 10am to 1pm, the latest vaccines for Flu and COVID will be available, other vaccines available upon request.
To reserve your spot, please call The Birches at 267-714-5628 and provide your name, phone number, email and vaccine preference (e.g. Flu, COVID, other). A pharmacy representative will contact you directly to complete the required consent form prior to your appointment.
